Deer & Deer Hunting contributors from across the country have been field-testing a new product this summer called “Grow the Bone,” a deer nutrition supplement that appeals to the whitetail’s sense of smell. Early reports indicate the product is not only effective in attracting deer, it seems to be helping with antler growth as well.
Grow the Bone is designed to be used in conjunction with year-round feeding supplement programs, but it can also be used as an at
tractant during hunting season in areas where baiting and feeding is legal. Be sure to check your local game laws before placing any food product out for deer.
To use while hunting, simply pour the 2-pound bag in a small pile at a comfortable shooting distance from your tree stand or ground blind. The aroma of the product will attract deer via their sense of smell.
